Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and conversion rates.
- Represent the Prada brand on the sales floor by maintaining immaculate product presentation and adhering to luxury visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process sales, exchanges and returns; ensure accurate cash handling and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
- Manage stockroom inventory, support replenishment and participate in stock counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready‑to‑wear; communicate new collections to clients.
- Participate in training, client events and cross‑departmental collaborations to support store initiatives and elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment; typically 2+ years preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.
- Impeccable presentation, professionalism and attention to detail consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual English/French proficiency preferred for Montreal clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Previous experience in high‑end or luxury retail sales, ideally within fashion or leather goods, with a proven ability to build repeat clientele and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
