Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Montreal to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences at Holt Renfrew Ogilvy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in accordance with the Brand’s client journey standards, placing the customer at the centre of all interactions.
- Proactively drive individual and team sales through client acquisition, cross‑selling across departments and achievement of KPIs and sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to develop lasting relationships and future sales opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, ensuring seamless client service across in‑store and digital touchpoints.
- Maintain exemplary shop floor standards and visual presentation in line with operational guidelines and merchandising directives.
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, escalating to line management when appropriate.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting diversity, inclusion and a positive workplace.
- Remain vigilant on loss prevention and security procedures to protect product and assets.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (required); additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven passion for luxury retail, sales and the store environment.
- Demonstrable ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first attitude.
- Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset.
- Good knowledge or strong interest in fashion, art, design and the relevant product category.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high‑end client advisory roles is preferred, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary studies in retail, fashion, business or a related field preferred.
