Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑end client service and proactive clienteling to cultivate repeat business and long‑term relationships.
- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
- Maintain in‑store standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock replenishment and window displays to uphold maison identity.
- Execute CRM tasks: capture client data, log interactions, manage appointments and follow‑up communications for VIP clients.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Support stock management: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts and assist with stock transfers and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Adhere to brand service protocols, confidentiality obligations and the maison’s presentation and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or boutique sales (preferably within fashion, accessories or watches).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport quickly and discreetly with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fluent French and strong English are advantageous (preferred but not mandatory in source); additional languages are a plus for the Monaco market.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.
- Legal entitlement to work in Monaco for the duration of a fixed‑term contract (CDD).

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience managing discerning clientele.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification in retail, sales or hospitality; formal training in luxury retail or fashion is advantageous.
