Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories to advise clients accurately.
  • Execute CRM activities: manage client profiles, log interactions and follow up on leads and VIP requests.
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom meet brand visual and merchandising standards; assist with stock intake and inventory control.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, point-of-sale transactions and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
  • Represent the brand at in-store events and support private client appointments, fittings and bespoke requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, preferably within an international brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour and high attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive conversion.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in French and English is highly desirable; additional languages are an asset.

Experience
