Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Monte Carlo, Monaco for a 3-month contract (June–Aug) to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Prada’s philosophy and values throughout the client journey.
- Create a welcoming in-store environment and deliver personalised, memorable luxury service in line with the client journey ceremony.
- Identify client needs, develop meaningful relationships and grow customer loyalty through proactive clienteling.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM to support follow-up and future sales opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omni-channel mindset, supporting integration between in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximise individual and team sales and meet KPIs.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and shop-floor standards in accordance with Prada operational guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to the line manager when necessary.
- Remain vigilant on security and loss-prevention procedures to protect product integrity.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French and English.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales with demonstrable client-relationship building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fashion, luxury, art and design, and a commercial mindset oriented to achieving targets.
- Availability for the full fixed-term period (3 months: June–August).
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with a track record of building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets. Specific years are not mandated but demonstrable clienteling experience is required.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury or customer service is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Monte Carlo, Monaco, with easy access to Nice.
