Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and provide excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in compliance with Prada's operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to shop security and prevent product thefts.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English; Russian is a plus.
  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
