Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience consistent with brand standards
  • Develop and maintain individual client relationships through personalized engagement and strategic use of CRM and digital tools
  • Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and product assortment
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to enhance client consultations
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual displays to exacting standards, adhering to corporate operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Ensure security and loss prevention protocols are observed throughout store operations
  • Oversee safe handling and storage of merchandise and valuables in the warehouse
  • Process daily goods receipts, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor
  • Conduct and organize product counting and stock-take procedures
  • Track product flow accurately through the SAP system
  • Manage product flow during repairs and markdown activities
  • Execute returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines

Qualifications

  • Fluent English language proficiency required
  • Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or other additional languages preferred
  • Demonstrated affinity for luxury products and brand heritage
  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Mature and assertive professional demeanor
  • Experience in luxury retail or similar customer-facing environments preferred
