Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through effective clienteling, product presentation and tailored recommendations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including client appointments, product demonstrations, pricing and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, store presentation, stock replenishment and fitting-room management.
- Use CRM tools to record client interactions, follow up on leads and coordinate invitations for events or private viewings.
- Support store operations including inventory control, housekeeping, and timely reporting to the store management team.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial aptitude with a minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion boutiques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate to luxury service.
- Strong product knowledge or demonstrable ability to rapidly learn brand heritage, collections and materials.
- Professional appearance and discretion when handling VIP clients and confidential information.
- High school diploma required; tertiary studies in fashion, merchandising or business are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of direct experience in high-end retail or boutique environments, preferably within womenswear, leather goods or accessories. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing relationships with discerning clientele.
Education
High school diploma; tertiary qualification in fashion, merchandising, retail management or related discipline is a plus.
