Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Manage client appointments, personalised shopping experiences and VIP servicing, including after‑sales care.
  • Utilise CRM tools and boutique systems to record interactions, track preferences and coordinate outreach.
  • Maintain premium store standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, window presentation and stockroom organisation.

Qualifications
