MIU MIU Client Advisor — fixed-term contract in Milan (Sant'Andrea). Luxury boutique sales role at MIU MIU in central Milan.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service in accordance with Miu Miu brand standards to cultivate long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, clienteling and appointment management.
  • Maintain rigorous product knowledge across ready-to-wear, leather goods and accessories to provide styling advice and promote new collections.
  • Manage CRM records and follow up with clients to nurture repeat business and drive traffic to the store.
  • Execute daily boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock reception, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor presentation to uphold boutique aesthetics and seasonal directives.
  • Participate in store events, trunk shows and private client appointments as required.
  • Adhere to brand policies, store procedures and luxury service protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands; experience in boutique environments preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional manner.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to brand standards.
  • Legal right to work in Italy.

Experience
