The Client Advisor represents Prada’s philosophy and values while delivering an exceptional, personalized in-store experience, building lasting client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals. The role also supports omnichannel engagement, cross-selling, visual standards, stock procedures, and store security.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Prada’s philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the brand’s world and delivering a memorable luxury experience.
- Maximize individual and team sales by prioritizing clients, identifying their needs and expectations, building meaningful relationships, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Create a welcoming environment, anticipate client needs and requests, and provide excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
- Capture client data in the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, personalize engagement, and identify future opportunities.
- Promote an omnichannel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues through open, constructive communication to deliver a consistent client experience, contribute to a positive work environment, and uphold diversity and inclusion values.
- Welcome and serve clients, providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay current on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Resolve client complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in visual displays, following company operating guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to store security and remain alert to prevent product theft.
Qualifications
- Passion for selling and retail stores.
- Curiosity about and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Experience building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for and knowledge of the assigned product category.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
