Prada Client Advisor role in Miami, delivering luxury client service, building relationships and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote Prada’s philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the brand’s world.
  • Maximize individual and team sales while delivering a memorable luxury client experience; put clients first, identify their needs and expectations, build meaningful relationships, and develop brand loyalty.
  • Create a welcoming environment and meet clients’ needs and requests, delivering excellent service in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
  • Capture client data in the company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, personalize the client approach, and create future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, encourage open and constructive communication, support a consistent client experience and positive working environment, and uphold diversity and inclusion values.
  • Welcome and serve clients, providing an excellent in-store experience.
  • Proactively cross-sell across departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date on fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Handle client complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in visual displays, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Help maintain a high level of security and remain alert to prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Passion for selling and working in stores.
  • Curiosity about and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  • Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, results orientation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the managed product category.
  • English is required; other languages are a plus.
