Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote omnichannel retail mindset across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player with colleagues across departments, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Welcome and serve clients with consistent in-store excellence at all times
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling opportunities across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge across assigned categories
  • Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary
