Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Miami Aventura to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences aligned with Prada’s luxury service standards and brand image.
  • Proactively develop and manage a client portfolio through face-to-face selling, appointment management and clienteling activities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to advise clients and drive conversions.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure correct cash handling and documentation.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and inventory integrity in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support private client events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; liaise with CRM to capture client data and purchase history.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion with high-net-worth clients and sensitive client information.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-focused consultative sales approach.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and cultural awareness when engaging with diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to fluctuating retail demands and peak trading periods.
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and seasonal peaks.

Clienteling Luxury product knowledge (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories) CRM familiarity Point-of-sale (POS) operations Visual merchandising and store standards Strong commercial acumen and closing skills

Experience

Typically 2+ years of direct client-facing sales experience in luxury or high-end retail; experience with affluent clientele and appointment-based selling is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is an advantage.
