Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Miami — join Prada Bal Harbour to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exemplary luxury client experience by placing the customer at the centre of every interaction and following the company’s client journey standards.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clientelling and accurate CRM data capture.
- Promote and practise an omnichannel sales mindset, connecting in-store and digital customer journeys to maximise sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge and monitor market and fashion trends and competitors.
- Ensure shop floor standards and visual displays meet company operational guidelines; follow stock handling procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment with constructive communication, embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Uphold loss-prevention practices and respond to customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships, preferably in luxury retail or high-end service environments.
- Passion for selling and strong interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
- Ambition, resilience, self-motivation and results-driven problem solving.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience
Previous retail or client-facing experience in luxury, fashion, or premium services is preferred; demonstrable track record of clientelling and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, marketing or a related field is a plus.
