Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service to a discerning international clientele, building long-term relationships and executing appointment-based and walk-in sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates and average transaction values.
- Provide expert styling and product advice across men's ready-to-wear assortments, ensuring precise fit, garment care guidance and after-sales support.
- Manage clienteling activities using CRM best practices: maintain client profiles, follow-up communications and personalised outreach to drive repeat business.

Qualifications
