Prada Client Advisor position in McLean, Virginia. Luxury retail sales role offering brand ambassador opportunity in premium fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating an inviting retail environment and addressing every need and request with excellence in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Capture and maintain client data in the Company CRM system to establish personalized connections, nurture long-term relationships, and identify future sales opportunities
- Champion an omnichannel retail approach, seamlessly integrating store and digital touchpoints to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments, fostering constructive communication and contributing to a positive, inclusive working environment
- Deliver exceptional in-store service and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism at all times
- Drive proactive cross-departmental sales initiatives, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Remain current with fashion trends, market developments, and competitor positioning within the luxury sector
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge to educate and guide customers through their purchasing decisions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual merchandising displays to the highest specifications, adhering to company operational and stock management protocols
- Maintain vigilance regarding store security and product loss prevention at all times
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and sales in a fashion environment
- Proven experience in building and sustaining long-lasting client relationships
- Strong command of English language; additional languages highly valued
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Genuine interest in luxury fashion, design, art, and contemporary trends
- Knowledge of the specific product category managed
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury fashion environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and building loyal client bases through personalized service and attention to detail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion retail or luxury brand certification is advantageous.
