Prada Client Advisor position at Tysons Galleria, McLean. Luxury retail sales role focused on exceptional customer experience and brand advocacy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with excellence, creating a welcoming environment that places the client at the centre of all interactions and adheres to the 'client journey ceremony' protocol
- Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM system to develop lasting relationships, enable personalized service, and identify future sales opportunities
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments and product categories to maximize individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends, competitor positioning, and comprehensive Prada brand and product information
- Respond professionally and constructively to customer complaints, escalating to the line manager when necessary to ensure resolution
- Uphold exceptional standards of shop floor presentation and visual merchandising in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security by remaining attentive to loss prevention and product protection measures
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to foster open communication, ensure consistent service excellence, and cultivate a positive, inclusive working environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and the fashion industry
- Proven experience building lasting relationships and delivering personalized client service
- Strong knowledge of or genuine curiosity about luxury goods, fashion, art, and design
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Experience working in luxury or high-end retail environments is preferred. Prior demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles with emphasis on relationship building and exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality certification preferred but not required.
