Prada Client Advisor in Manhasset, New York, delivering luxury client service, building relationships and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming customers, placing them at the center of the interaction, and responding to their needs in accordance with the client journey ceremony.
- Capture customer data in the Company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, provide a personalized approach, and identify future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset.
- Collaborate with colleagues through open, constructive communication to deliver a consistent experience, support a positive working environment, and uphold diversity and inclusion values.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain high standards across the sales floor and visual displays, following company operating guidelines and stock procedures.
- Support a high level of security and remain alert to prevent product theft.
