Prada Client Advisor position in Manhasset; luxury retail sales role with hourly rate $22-$26, commission eligibility, and opportunity to build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers with attentiveness to their needs, creating a welcoming environment aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM system to develop personalized client relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Drive sales growth through proactive cross-selling across all departments and product categories, achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, remaining current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines, stock procedures, and brand aesthetic requirements
  • Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication, supporting colleagues, and championing diversity and inclusion values
  • Contribute to store security protocols and remain vigilant in loss prevention and inventory management
  • Embrace omni-channel retail practices to ensure consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for selling and luxury retail environments
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
  • Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships and trust
  • Strong English language proficiency; additional languages preferred
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Experience
