Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor in Manhasset, NY to deliver luxury customer experiences, drive sales, and embody brand values across retail and omnichannel environments.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and meeting their every need and request, providing excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM system to maintain and develop relationships, offering a personalized approach and identifying future opportunities
  • Embrace and promote the omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints
  • Work as a team player and partner with colleagues, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers by providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Remain current on fashion trends and competitive landscape developments
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
  • Handle customer complaints effectively in liaison with the line manager when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to high levels of security and remain vigilant to prevent product theft

Experience

Compensation
