Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience in accordance with the Prada client journey standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Prada’s philosophy and product knowledge to foster long-term client loyalty.
- Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to develop relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omnichannel mindset, collaborating with online and in-store teams to optimise customer touchpoints.
- Proactively cross-sell across departments to maximise individual and store sales and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Maintain the shop floor and visual displays to company standards and comply with operational and stock procedures.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints professionally, escalating to line management when necessary.
- Remain vigilant to ensure a high level of store security and prevent product loss.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for selling and for luxury retail environments.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Results-driven, resilient, self-motivated with excellent problem-solving orientation.
- Solid knowledge of the assigned product category and interest in fashion, art and design.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in luxury, premium or fashion brands with a proven track record in clienteling and meeting sales targets is preferred. Experience in delivering high-touch customer service and using CRM tools is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Manhasset, New York, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 26 per hour.
