Prada seeks a Client Advisor for its Madrid men's department to deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales through personalized customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the customer at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service aligned with the client journey protocol
  • Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote an omnichannel mindset, integrating online and offline touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, fostering open communication and contributing to a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with excellence, providing consistent in-store experience at all times
  • Actively pursue cross-selling opportunities across all departments to achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators

  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, with particular expertise in the men's department
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate to line management when necessary
