Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and regular clients through active clienteling and relationship development.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Manage all point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales follow-up with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Use CRM and clienteling tools to record interactions, follow up on leads and curate client communications.
- Coordinate with store management and cross-functional teams on inventory, stock replenishment and special client requests.

Qualifications
- Proven luxury retail or boutique sales experience, preferably within an international fashion maison.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and discretion dealing with VIP clientele.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client priorities concurrently.
- Availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and seasonal peaks.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail, demonstrating consistent achievement of individual sales targets and proven client development skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
