Prada Group seeks a Client Advisor for its Beverly Center location in Los Angeles. Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients with an exemplary in-store experience, implementing the client journey ceremony at all times
- Capture and maintain client data within the Company CRM to enable personalized engagement and develop long-term relationships
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and the managed product category
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge to clients
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and loss prevention measures
- Foster a collaborative team environment through open communication and embrace diversity and inclusion values

Experience
