Role & Responsibilities
- Place the client at the centre of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and providing exemplary service aligned with the 'client journey ceremony'
- Drive sales performance by exceeding individual targets and KPI goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality service
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and deep understanding of Prada Group heritage, culture, and brand DNA
- Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future opportunities
- Embrace and actively promote an omnichannel retail mindset, integrating both in-store and digital touchpoints

Qualifications
- Proven experience within a luxury or premium retail brand
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards and expectations
- Track record of building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Fluency in English
