Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, customer-centric environment and provide exceptional service aligned with Prada's client journey protocols, placing customer needs at the centre of all interactions
  • Drive individual and team sales targets whilst maximizing personal sales performance and contributing to store success
  • Exceed KPI goals through consistent delivery of premium customer service and high-quality sales execution
  • Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of Prada's product collections, brand heritage, cultural values, and design DNA
  • Capture and maintain customer data within the company CRM system to build personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Champion omnichannel retail practices, seamlessly integrating in-store and e-commerce service delivery

Qualifications

  • Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Proven understanding of luxury customer service standards and expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting, relationship-focused client connections

  • Fluency in English (required)
