Miu Miu Client Advisor – three-month contract at Selfridges London. Deliver luxury retail excellence and exceed sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony, placing customer needs and requests at the center of all interactions
  • Drive to exceed individual sales targets and KPI goals while maximizing personal sales performance and contributing to store-wide success
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA, and communicate brand philosophy and values to clients
  • Capture and manage customer data within the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote omni-channel retail practices across in-store and digital touchpoints
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform client consultations and recommendations
  • Manage customer complaints professionally, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team as needed
  • Handle all products with the highest level of care and respect
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person and via virtual meetings, leveraging company digital tools for integrated luxury experiences
  • Collaborate with back-of-house operations, participate in daily store activities, and maintain organized stockroom management
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures related to operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting
  • Foster teamwork, open communication, and a positive working environment while embodying diversity and inclusion values

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a luxury or premium retail brand environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards and expectations
  • Proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
