Prada Client Advisor position at Selfridges MRTW in London. Deliver luxury retail excellence and exceed sales targets for the iconic Italian fashion brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs through excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Drive sales performance to exceed individual targets and KPI goals while maximizing overall store success
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA
  • Capture and manage customer data in the Company CRM to build personalized relationships and develop future opportunities
  • Embrace and actively promote the omnichannel mindset across in-store and digital channels
  • Maintain current knowledge of luxury fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to clients
  • Own the resolution of client complaints in liaison with management and Client Service team
  • Operate with highest care and respect for products and inventory
  • Leverage digital tools to deliver an integrated and complete luxury experience
  • Host and conduct customer appointments both in person and via virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with back-of-house teams on daily store operations, stock management, and organization
  • Ensure compliance with Company procedures on operations, security, cash handling, inventory, and reporting
  • Function as a team player, foster open communication, and maintain a positive inclusive working environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail brand
  • Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships
  • Strong teamwork and independent working capabilities
