Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch customer service to clients in the Regent Street boutique, embodying Church's heritage and product savoir‑faire.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, upselling, and closing techniques.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via proactive clienteling, follow‑up communications and appointment management.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge and heritage storytelling about materials, construction and care of luxury footwear.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation and stock integrity to brand standards, including replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling in compliance with internal controls and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Support store events, private appointments and personal shopping services to enhance client experience and drive acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the boutique team and local management to share market feedback, client intelligence and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience within luxury fashion, footwear or leather goods (typically 2+ years preferred).
- Impeccable personal presentation, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable ability to build and nurture client relationships and a consultative sales approach.
- Numeracy and transactional accuracy; experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; right to work in the UK.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or boutique sales is required, with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service; experience in footwear or leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent). Professional training in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is an advantage.
