Prada seeks a Client Advisor in London to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and achieve sales targets at the Bond Street store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary, bespoke luxury customer experience, placing the client at the centre of every interaction and guiding them through the Prada client journey.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPI goals through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and convey Prada’s history, values and aesthetic to clients.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to nurture relationships and generate future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel approach, servicing clients both in-store and via ecommerce channels and virtual appointments.
- Host and conduct customer appointments in person and remotely using virtual meeting technology.
- Utilise Company digital tools to deliver a seamless, integrated luxury experience.
- Support daily store operations and back-of-house activities, ensuring organised stockroom management and adherence to inventory procedures.
- Resolve client complaints professionally, liaising with line management and the Client Service team when required.
- Operate in strict compliance with company policies on security, cash handling, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Collaborate as a team player, fostering open communication and contributing to an inclusive and positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a luxury or premium brand in a client-facing sales role.
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling best practices.
- Proficiency in building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing retail team.
- Fluency in English.

Experience
Previous client-facing retail experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand is required, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and experience in clienteling and omnichannel service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in retail, fashion, luxury management or a related field is desirable.
