Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality.
  • Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized engagement.
  • Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
  • Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
  • Handle products with utmost care and respect.
  • Utilize digital tools to offer a seamless luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with Back of House for efficient store operations and stock management.
  • Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash, inventory, and reporting procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Understanding of luxury customer service dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Skills

Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury or premium fashion sector is required.
