Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke, consultative service to high‑net‑worth guests, cultivating long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Actively drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through needs analysis, personalised recommendations and strategic upselling.
  • Manage clienteling and after‑sales follow up using the store CRM to record preferences, appointments and gift occasions.
  • Process transactions accurately and securely using POS systems; handle cash, cards and invoicing according to policy.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandise presentation; assist with stock intake, replenishment and basic inventory control.
  • Coordinate with store management on client events, private appointments and stock replenishment; adhere to loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver discreet, service‑led interactions with affluent and international clientele.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Excellent grooming, presentation and communication skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
