Prada is hiring a Client Advisor at Bellagio, Las Vegas — luxury retail sales role delivering personalised client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-end sales experiences to international clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining rigorous attention to conversion and average transaction value.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across apparel, leather goods and accessories to guide styling and purchase decisions.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain boutique standards for presentation, visual merchandising and inventory replenishment in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to client database updates and follow-up communications to maximise repeat business and event attendance.
- Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with cash-handling and stock-control protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the boutique management team to optimise floor activity and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales or high-end client service, preferably within fashion or leather goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and advise an international clientele.
- Demonstrable achievement against sales targets and experience with clienteling techniques.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays common to a hotel-based boutique.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with demonstrable sales results and client development experience; prior experience in hotel-resident or destination boutiques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, merchandising or business are a plus.
