Prada is hiring a Client Advisor in Las Vegas (CityCenter). Join Prada to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in a flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to high-net-worth and visiting clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
- Manage client records and follow-up activities to build pipeline and maximise lifetime value using store CRM and clienteling techniques.
- Ensure visual merchandising, stock presentation and boutique standards reflect Prada’s brand image at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle payments and maintain cash reconciliation procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including stock receipts, replenishment and periodic audits.
Qualifications
- Polished professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
- Proven ability to sell consultatively and to build rapport quickly with affluent clientele.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and discretion when handling client information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (for Las Vegas location).
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury or premium retail, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary studies in retail, hospitality or fashion is advantageous.
