Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas to deliver exceptional clienteling and drive sales at its CityCenter boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a consistently exceptional luxury client experience and guiding clients through the Prada world.
- Place the client at the centre of all activities: welcome, advise, and personalise the in-store journey in line with the brand's client journey ceremony.
- Drive individual and store sales by proactively identifying opportunities, cross-selling across departments and achieving assigned KPIs.
- Capture and maintain accurate client records in the company CRM to nurture relationships and develop future business opportunities.
- Embrace and execute an omni-channel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience across touchpoints.
- Maintain impeccable shop-floor standards and visual displays, complying with operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Resolve client enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when required.
- Contribute to a secure retail environment by remaining vigilant to loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or clienteling with a demonstrable ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Strong commercial orientation: result-driven, resilient, self-motivated and able to meet individual sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Experience
Demonstrated experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a track record of client development, meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary or vocational education in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
