Prada seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas — deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales at the Wynn location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury client experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values; welcome clients and manage the full in-store client journey.
  • Identify client needs, build long-term relationships and convert interactions into sales while consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in the Company CRM to support clienteling, follow-ups and future sales opportunities.
  • Adopt and promote an omni-channel approach, integrating in-store and digital touchpoints to maximise client engagement.
  • Proactively cross-sell across departments and product categories to enhance average transaction value and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and shop-floor standards in line with brand guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Manage client complaints and service recovery in coordination with the line manager to preserve client loyalty.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention and security measures to protect product integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in client-facing retail or luxury sales, with demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ambition and resilience to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation and confidence engaging high-net-worth clients.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and omni-channel retail practices.

Experience
