Prada Client Advisor role in Kuala Lumpur, delivering luxury client service and driving sales across store and e-commerce channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a memorable luxury customer experience by placing clients first, identifying their needs and expectations, building meaningful relationships, and acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Communicate Prada’s philosophy and values, guiding clients through the world of Prada brands.
- Meet individual and team sales targets, providing responsive service in-store and through the e-commerce channel.
- Create a welcoming environment and address clients’ needs in line with the client journey ceremony.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to store results.
- Exceed KPI goals while maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and Prada’s history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture client data in the Company CRM to maintain and develop relationships, personalize interactions, and identify future opportunities.
- Embrace and promote an omnichannel approach.
- Stay informed about luxury fashion trends and competitors, and discuss them with clients to provide advice.
- Resolve client complaints, liaising with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Use Company digital tools to provide an integrated luxury experience.
- Host and conduct in-person and virtual client appointments.
- Work with the Back of House in daily store operations and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Follow Company operational and stock procedures, including security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and head-office reporting requirements; proactively implement Company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues through open and constructive communication to deliver a consistent client experience and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.
