Prada Client Advisor position in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia—luxury retail role emphasizing sales excellence and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
- Exceed individual and team sales targets while maximizing personal sales performance and contributing to store success
- Achieve key performance indicators with unwavering focus on sales quality and customer service excellence
- Demonstrate authoritative knowledge of Prada products, brand history, heritage, and design philosophy
- Capture and manage client data within the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
- Champion an omni-channel mindset, seamlessly integrating in-store and digital customer touchpoints
- Cultivate deep knowledge of luxury fashion trends, competitive landscape, and emerging styles to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Resolve client concerns collaboratively with management and the client service team, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle all products with meticulous care and respect, maintaining the highest standards of merchandise presentation
- Leverage company digital tools to deliver a comprehensive and integrated luxury experience
- Schedule and conduct client appointments both in-person and via virtual channels
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams on daily store operations, stock management, and organization
- Adhere strictly to company operational guidelines, security protocols, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and all reporting requirements

Experience
