Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client above all.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service.
  • Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
  • Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
  • Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
  • Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line manager and Client Service team.
  • Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually, leveraging technology.
  • Collaborate with Back of House, participating in daily operations and maintaining organized stock.
  • Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, and inventory.
  • Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
