Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client above all.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting as a proactive player in ensuring the best service.
- Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
- Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
- Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
- Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line manager and Client Service team.
- Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools for an integrated luxury experience.
- Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually, leveraging technology.
- Collaborate with Back of House, participating in daily operations and maintaining organized stock.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, security, cash activity, and inventory.
- Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
