Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke luxury customer experience that fully embodies the Prada brand philosophy and client journey ceremony.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including Prada history, collections and trends to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Capture and maintain client data in the Company CRM to develop lasting relationships and future business opportunities.
  • Operate an omnichannel approach: conduct customer appointments in-person and virtually, leveraging digital tools to integrate ecommerce and in-store service.
  • Support daily store operations and back-of-house activities, ensuring an organised stockroom and adherence to inventory, cash handling and security procedures.
  • Resolve client concerns with ownership, liaising with managers and Client Service when necessary, while safeguarding product integrity.
  • Collaborate transparently with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience and promote an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury, fashion or cosmetics.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion and strong customer orientation with a clear drive to meet sales objectives.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a results-driven retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and personalise service.
