Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke in-store customer experience that embodies the Brand philosophy and client journey.
- Identify client needs, build meaningful long-term relationships and develop client loyalty through proactive clienteling.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the company CRM to support personalised communication and future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omni-channel mindset, coordinating with e‑commerce and other channels to optimise the client experience.
- Actively pursue sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and cross-selling across product categories.
- Maintain impeccable shop floor standards and visual merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment, fostering open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion.
- Remain vigilant on loss-prevention and security procedures to protect product integrity.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships; clienteling experience within luxury retail preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ambitious, resilient and results-driven with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Passion for luxury fashion, art and design and sound knowledge of the product category.
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience in luxury retail or as a client advisor with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele. Experience working within multi-department stores or boutiques and familiarity with CRM-driven clienteling is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, luxury management, marketing or business is advantageous.
