Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster client relationships and develop brand loyalty.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to shop security and prevent product thefts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments. Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude. Problem-solving skills. Fluency in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
