Prada Client Advisor Intern in La Vallée Village (Serris, France) — retail internship focused on luxury client service and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, discreet and personalised client service on the sales floor consistent with Prada’s brand standards.
- Support the in-store sales process: welcome clients, advise on product assortment, facilitate fittings and close sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with clienteling activities, including maintaining client profiles, following up on appointments and supporting loyalty initiatives.
- Contribute to merchandising and visual standards: replenish stock, prepare displays and ensure product presentation and pricing accuracy.
- Perform stockroom duties and inventory control tasks, including receipt processing, stock replenishment and basic stock counts.
- Support boutique operations during events, private appointments and peak trading periods; undertake administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in fashion, luxury management, business or a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the internship.

Experience
No previous professional experience is strictly required; however, prior retail or customer-facing experience—particularly within premium or luxury environments—or an earlier internship in fashion retail is strongly advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (e.g., Fashion, Luxury Brand Management, Business or Marketing).

The successful candidate will be located in Serris, Seine-et-Marne, France, with easy access to Paris.
