Prada Client Advisor Intern position at La Vallée Village Paris, June–August. Luxury retail sales and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver an in-store experience reflecting the highest standards of luxury and brand heritage
- Develop and maintain privileged client relationships through personalized engagement and digital CRM tools
- Maximize sales opportunities and facilitate cross-selling across all product categories to achieve individual and departmental KPI targets
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Maison and its product offerings
- Maintain current awareness of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
- Address client complaints and escalate issues to store management where necessary
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, operational procedures, and stock management protocols
- Uphold security protocols and loss prevention measures in-store
Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for sales and interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrated interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design
- Proven ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
- Experience developing and nurturing client relationships
- Collaborative spirit with capacity for independent work
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English; additional language preferred
Skills
Experience
Customer-facing retail or sales experience is preferred; demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets would strengthen candidacy.
Education
Secondary education completed; students currently enrolled in or recently graduated from retail management, fashion, business, or hospitality programmes are encouraged to apply.
