Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and build rapport with clients, supporting the boutique team in delivering tailored, white-glove service.
- Assist advisors with on-floor selling activities, including product presentation, fitting and cross-selling.
- Support clienteling activities: manage appointment schedules, follow-up communications and post-visit updates.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions, returns and client files under supervision.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is presented to brand guidelines.
- Participate in stockroom organization, inventory counts and incoming/outgoing stock procedures.
- Contribute to boutique events and private client services, providing logistical and hospitality support.
- Undertake administrative tasks such as client database updates, sales reporting and daily opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in business, fashion, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for client-facing service in a luxury environment.
- Professional presentation, high standards of grooming and an understanding of luxury codes.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required for boutique operations.
- Previous retail or luxury client-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

No prior experience required; internships or part-time retail experience in luxury or premium retail environments are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed tertiary education in business, fashion, luxury management, hospitality or a related field.
