Prada seeks a Client Advisor Intern in Paris — an internship supporting boutique sales, clienteling and store operations at the Paris boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales activities by assisting clients on the shop floor, managing appointments and following up on enquiries to drive conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems; prepare client dossiers and support targeted clienteling campaigns and VIP servicing.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and boutique presentation to ensure windows and floor displays meet brand directives and commercial targets.
  • Execute daily store operations including POS transactions, stock replenishment, inventory checks and back-of-house organisation.
  • Provide after-sales support including alterations coordination, returns processing and liaising with central teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to in-store events and private client appointments, ensuring impeccable hospitality and brand-appropriate presentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in fashion, luxury management, marketing, business or a related discipline.
  • Right to undertake an internship in France and availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished professional presentation and a service-oriented attitude befitting a luxury retail environment.
  • Organisational rigour, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.

Experience

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in fashion, luxury management, marketing, business or a related field.
