MIU MIU — Client Advisor Intern in Cannes: in‑store luxury sales, clienteling and boutique support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and professionally assist clients on the sales floor, delivering personalised service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Support the boutique team with clienteling activities: appointment management, follow-ups, and maintaining client records.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage POS operations and perform end-of-day cash reconciliations.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and boutique standards to ensure the boutique reflects the brand aesthetic and sales priorities.
  • Support stockroom operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory counts and returns handling.
  • Contribute to boutique events and product launches, providing on-site assistance and guest relations.
  • Prepare basic sales and client reports, and collaborate with the management team on daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor's or Master’s) in fashion, luxury management, business or a related discipline and eligible for an internship under French regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-centric demeanour appropriate for luxury retail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and during seasonal peak periods.
  • High attention to detail, numerical accuracy and professional presentation.
  • Right to work in France.

Experience

Enrolled in higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in fashion, luxury management, business or a related field; eligible for internship under French regulations.
