Prada seeks a Client Advisor for its Houston store to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales through exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming in-store environment and provide excellence service in accordance with client journey ceremony protocols
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to facilitate personalized engagement and develop long-term relationships
  • Embrace omni-channel mindset and cross-sell across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual KPIs
  • Demonstrate extensive product and brand knowledge, remain current with fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Handle customer complaints effectively through liaison with line management when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display to the highest standards whilst adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures
